When you bank with Primebank, you not only receive outstanding banking products and services, you are able to receive a ticket discount to save money on select shows at the Tyson Events Center and The Orpheum Theater in Sioux City, Iowa!

You can obtain a ticket discount code one of several ways.  You will find the code on your bank statement or on the banner near the top of the screen when you log into either Internet banking or our Mobile App.

When ordering tickets online at either Ticketmaster for the Tyson Events Center or the Orpheum Theater, the steps to purchase tickets with the Primebank discount code (passcode) are as follows:

  • On the appropriate Ticketmaster site, select the show you wish to purchase tickets for, a screen will appear with a dropdown, enter the number of seats you wish to purchase. 
  • Next to that is a button titled “unlock,” click that and a new screen will appear asking for your passcode, which is the area where you will enter the Primebank discount code, the code is case sensitive (passcode). 
  • Once you enter the code, click the “unlock” button next to where you entered the code. That will take you back to the screen to order the tickets and will show the applied Primebank Offer.
  • Select your seats and continue to purchase your tickets.

If you prefer to purchase tickets in person at the Primebank Box Office at the Tyson Events Center be sure to mention the discount code at the time of purchase.

Primebank offers an alert notification system for your personal accounts! You can enroll today. With our alert notification system, you choose and set up which alerts you receive and how you receive them. Choose either text message, email or both. You will also receive important bank wide notifications.

To enroll in the alert notification system, follow the instructions below.

Begin by Logging in to Internet Banking.

Click “Alerts” in the upper right banner

  • Select Contact Options and enter your email or the number for the device you would like to receive text messages.
  • Click “Send Activation” Button. An activation code will be emailed or sent via text message. Enter that activation code.
  • Next, click “Alert Options”, to set up the alerts. Scroll down and choose the types of alerts you would like to receive. Click “+” to see the Alerts options for each category.
  • Choose the “Alerts” you would like to receive by clicking that box.
  • Choose which accounts and thresholds.
  • Once you are done setting up your alerts you can click on the Overview button to see all your alerts.

Please know you can come back at any-time to add more or delete them via the Alert Options button.

Please do not use the Secure inbox as a choice. For this option to work you must be logged into Internet Banking or the Primebank Mobile App to receive any notifications. Thus we do not recommend this option. The App notification option is to receive banner messages through the Primebank Mobile App without having to be logged into the Primebank Mobile App.

We are pleased to let you know that Primebank will offer a NEW and EXPANDED alert notification system for your personal accounts!
