Beginning April 28th, we are adding an additional layer of protection to the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking login process. This additional layer of protection confirms your credentials and the device you are using during login. If the system detects a new device or suspicious activity, you may be asked to verify your identity with a one-time passcode.
Set-up is simple:
- When you login to your Internet banking or Mobile banking account through our website or Mobile banking app, you will be asked to set up your verification phone number and choose your delivery method - text message or phone call.
- You will receive a passcode, either by text from number 36397 or by phone from phone number 678.498.2706. Enter that passcode to complete your phone number verification. Once entered, you will be logged into Internet banking or your Mobile banking app.

Yes, this security process will replace the current Security Challenge Questions.
Why the change?
Cybercriminals are constantly developing new methods to steal your personal data and are getting more sophisticated with each passing day. We've chosen to adapt and evolve to stay one step ahead of those threats.
How will this feature work in the future?
Once set up, this security feature will only be activated if it detects a login attempt that falls outside of how you typically log in. When this happens, you will be prompted to enter a passcode during login. The passcode will be sent to the phone number you set up previously using your preferred delivery method. Simply enter the passcode to complete your login.
Will this affect the Mobile Banking app?
Yes, the same new security set up and process will apply to logging in via our Mobile Banking app.
Can I change my verification phone number from the Mobile Banking app once enrolled?
No, you must log in to Internet Banking via our website to update your verification phone number. Or you can contact our Customer Service Department at 877.541.6218.
Is there a cost?
There is no cost to you for this additional protection. It is part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our account holders and their accounts safe and secure.

You can obtain a ticket discount code one of several ways. You will find the code on your bank statement or on the banner near the top of the screen when you log into either Internet banking or our Mobile App.
When ordering tickets online at either Ticketmaster for the Tyson Events Center or the Orpheum Theater, the steps to purchase tickets with the Primebank discount code (passcode) are as follows:
- On the appropriate Ticketmaster site, select the show you wish to purchase tickets for, a screen will appear with a dropdown, enter the number of seats you wish to purchase.
- Next to that is a button titled “unlock,” click that and a new screen will appear asking for your passcode, which is the area where you will enter the Primebank discount code, the code is case sensitive (passcode).
- Once you enter the code, click the “unlock” button next to where you entered the code. That will take you back to the screen to order the tickets and will show the applied Primebank Offer.
- Select your seats and continue to purchase your tickets.
If you prefer to purchase tickets in person at the Primebank Box Office at the Tyson Events Center be sure to mention the discount code at the time of purchase.

- Click “Send Activation” Button. An activation code will be emailed or sent via text message. Enter that activation code.
- Next, click “Alert Options”, to set up the alerts. Scroll down and choose the types of alerts you would like to receive. Click “+” to see the Alerts options for each category.
- Choose the “Alerts” you would like to receive by clicking that box.
- Choose which accounts and thresholds.
- Once you are done setting up your alerts you can click on the Overview button to see all your alerts.
Please know you can come back at any-time to add more or delete them via the Alert Options button.
